18.Grounds for Rejection

SHI-BUNKERS reserves the right to reject any application where:

The Applicant is bankrupt or insolvent;
False or misleading information is provided;
There is evidence of fraud, corruption, sanctions violations, or unethical conduct;
Required documentation is not provided;
The Applicant refuses to comply with SHI-BUNKERS' policies, payment terms, or compliance requirements.
